Crafted with indigenous grapes unique to the region, this sparkling rosé undergoes a meticulous vinification process. The alcohol is then carefully removed via vacuum distillation at 40˚ Celsius, followed by fining, filtration, and CO2 and SO2 adjustments. Before bottling, the wine is subjected to cold sterile filtration to ensure its purity and quality.
